Agribusiness

The Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness is designed to respond to robust student demand for agribusiness education in our region, equip graduates for the present and future demand for technologically enhanced agribusiness, leverage the resources of our Catholic Intellectual Tradition to feature ethical, sustainable, and regenerative approaches to agriculture, and equip students with significant real-world work experience prior to graduation.

Program Learning Outcomes

In completion of the Bachelor of Science degree in Agribusiness, students will:

  1. Demonstrate an understanding of fundamental business and agribusiness concepts, theories, and practices, as well as key trends shaping the future of agribusiness locally and globally.
  2. Demonstrate an understanding of and practical competence in the processes and practices of business data analysis.
  3. Demonstrate well-reasoned analyses of key ethical problems in agribusiness, informed by philosophical ethics and the Catholic intellectual tradition.
  4. Demonstrate professionalism in interpersonal, small group, and large group communication.
