Student Accounts Office
The Student Accounts office serves all students with their billing, payment, and payment plan needs. The department assesses all charges, credits and refunds, sends out monthly statements, and assists students in setting up payment plans.

Student Account FAQs
To view your balance, log in to your NU Pay account. Your balance will display on the Account Summary tab and you can also view your current statement on the Statement tab.
To pay your bill, log in to your NU Pay account and scroll over to the Make Payment tab. Payments can also be mailed to:

To set up a payment plan, please log in to your NU Pay account and scroll over to the Payment Plans tab.
How to Access Your 1098-T Form
- Log into Your NUPAY Account: If you don’t have an account yet, simply click on “Create New Account” under the login section to get started.
- Go to the Student Quick Links Section: After logging in, look for the "Student Quick Links" section on your dashboard.
- Select "View Your 1098-T": From there, you can choose the year for the 1098-T form you need.

Financial aid refunds are distributed within 14 days AFTER the aid is posted to your student account. All refunds are mailed to the address you have on file with Newman University. If you live on campus, your refund check will be placed in your student mailbox. Refund checks are not available for pick-up.
