Managing Your Payment Plan

Autopay monthly installments are processed on the 15th of each month using the payment method you select. Emails remind you upcoming payments. Each plan has an end date, so the earlier you enroll, the more installments you will receive.

Missed Payment Fee

Should an ACH or credit card payment be missed, a $30 missed payment fee will automatically be assessed to your account and your missed payment from the 15th will be reattempted.

eRefunds

When you sign up for eRefunds in NU Pay, you designate the personal U.S. checking or savings account where you want your student refunds to go. With eRefunds, your money will be available in your bank account within 2-3 business days, and address changes won’t delay your refund. This is especially important if you live on campus or away from home.

To sign up, please login to your NU Pay account and click on the eRefunds tab to enroll your account online.

*We currently do not have eRefunds available for Parent Plus Loan borrowers. All parent borrowers will receive a paper check via the mail.
