With our Business Communication Minor curriculum, you can complete your Associate of Arts (AA) degree fully online or in the classroom. Interdisciplinary Studies B.A.: The Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies is ideal for careers where a bachelor’s degree is required. Students who have graduated from Newman University with this degree have gone into advanced graduate degree study, social work, business, law, medical, non-profit management, data analytics, criminal justice, accounting, communication, human resources, personal training, athletic coaching, and more.
Organizational Leadership B.S.: The Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership is ideal for those in professions of business management, human resources, personnel development, project coordination, sales and marketing, educational administration, athletic coaching, personal training, and any position where the focus is on talent growth and development, task management, goal-setting, and team motivation.
