Excellerated online format
Our Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership degree will train you in the skills needed to help prepare you for a leadership and management position. The program can be completed in an accelerated format with fully online (8-week) courses that run continuously throughout the year to help quicken your time to degree-completion. This curriculum is a great choice for working adults who have successfully completed college courses in the past but need to finish their four-year college degree.
Or offered at a more traditional path
The Organizational Leadership program is also ideal for the traditional college student who is looking for a business degree with courses that can be taken in a flexible online and/or on-ground delivery format if they choose. Classes are offered both on-ground in a 16-week daytime delivery, or you can customize your plan of study and blend both online and on-ground courses if that works better with your schedule. Your personal advisor will help you design a program to best meet your personal timeframe.
