Where to Give
The Newman Fund
The Newman Fund provides students with institutional aid and supports student services. This Giving Day, your donation to the Newman Fund will be matched dollar for dollar thanks to the generosity of Mary Lu Tuthill ’63 and Sheryl Stanley.
Athletics
Your contribution to Newman Athletics allows student-athletes to focus on their academics and sports as they learn the values of discipline, hard-work, dedication, and teamwork. For every $25 donation this Giving Day, donors will be entered to win a free MIAA Network membership for the 24/25 school year.
Fine Arts
Your gift to Fine Arts enables us to have robust music, theater and art programs that teach students confidence, creativity and character. This Giving Day, your donation to the Fine Arts will be matched dollar for dollar up to $5,500 thanks to the generosity of Jodie, Randy and David ’17 ’18 Reed.
Metanoia
The Metanoia program is on-campus living that enables students to grow in their personal faith while creating a community of believers that support and encourage each other. If they raise $5,000, students from Metanoia will dress up as their favorite saints and roam the campus one spring day along with Newman U cameras to document it all with a special video going out on social media.
Arts & Science
Programs in the School of Arts and Sciences prepare graduates for their desired careers by developing the reflective and critical thinking, communication and research skills needed to be successful and transform society. Diana Stanley ’17 generously will match every dollar given to the School of Arts and Science up to $500.
Business & Technology
The School of Business & Technology is committed to developing technologically equipped, future-ready professionals who exhibit intelligence, insight, and transformational leadership.
Catholic Studies
The School of Catholic Studies provides students authentic and transformational opportunities to grow in their faith during their collegiate journey.
Education & Social Work
Our education and social work students are taught not only the theories and practices they need but the intangible skills that enable them to go out into the workforce with empathy, dedication, and commitment. For every $20 you donate to the School of Education and Social Work you will be entered into a drawing for a spring break themed basket.
Healthcare Professions
Our School of Healthcare Professions is the leader in Wichita for providing high quality education in healthcare programs. For every $10 you donate to the School of Healthcare you will be entered into a drawing for a basket of gift cards.
Student Affairs
The Office of Student Affairs works hard to make sure that every student at Newman has the opportunity to participate in activities that align with their interest and culture.

New Donors
Each new donor will have their donation matched to the fund they donated to by our President, Dr. Kathleen Jagger, up to $5,000.

Hidden Jets
Students will be searching campus for our 10 hidden jets. If they find one, they get to designate $50 to the fund of their choice. Support for this comes from Betty Adams, ASC
Free Dorm Housing Drawing
For every $100 donated to the Student Affairs Fund, you will be entered into a raffle for free dorm housing for a semester. Rules include:
- Each $100 donation to Student Affairs entitles the donor to one entry in the drawing
- Donors may designate themselves or an eligible student for each entry.
- The winner of the drawing will receive a semester of free housing, but they must select a room in a dorm for which they are eligible.
- Winning the drawing does not guarantee a single room; the winner must choose from available rooms within their eligible dorm.
- The winner of this drawing will still have to pay for their meal plan
