    We strive to offer students the best of graduate education while keeping the program affordable and accessible. Our cohort model encourages students to form meaningful relationships with other students and their instructors that are often missing in larger programs. We also offer foreign study opportunities with courses in Rome and Israel that provide life changing experiences for our students.

    Our program is inspired by the example of St. John Henry Newman who combined academic excellence and passionate faith in his service to the Church. Newman said, “To live is to change and to be perfect is to have changed often,” and our faculty strive to follow the model of our namesake and encourage our students to do the same.

We are a Catholic, online graduate program with the mission of preparing students for a life of teaching and learning through immersion in Catholic theology.

Our program is specifically designed to meet the needs of working adults who need an affordable and flexible online graduate program. Our graduates have a deeper understanding of Church teaching and are prepared to serve the Church in a range of catechetical roles.
