What’s your favorite spot on Newman’s campus?

There is nothing quite like practicing piano in the rehearsal hall in De Mattias. The echo is gorgeous and can make even the most novice piano player sound one step away from being Mozart!

What would be your number-one tip for the admissions process?

Focus on finding your fit. A school may have good programs or be the one everyone wants you to go to, but it may not feel right to you. Trust your gut!

What is your most memorable undergraduate experience?

My most memorable experiences all happened during my extracurricular activities at Newman. From receiving a standing ovation as Lucy Pevensie in “The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe” to working to pass $15,000 in renovations for the Fugate Student Center as Student Body President. Getting involved helped me feel a part of something bigger than myself!

What is your ideal vacation destination?

Italy because of the rich history, beautiful architecture, and all of the pasta I could ever dream of.

Interest/Hobbies

Playing the piano, acting on stage, hanging out with friends, reading, and playing video games.

What is your favorite song?

This is a tough question! Probably “Marjorie” by Taylor Swift.

If you could have super powers what would they be and why?

Being able to transport anywhere in a matter of seconds. Think about the amount of time you could save on travel and the extra sleep you could get!

What are five things you cannot live without?

My family, my friends, a good book, pasta (basically 90% of my food intake), and the arts!
