Dr. Stahnke is an assistant professor of social work at Newman University-Colorado Springs.
She completed her DSW in 2020 from Florida Atlantic University. She also has degrees in psychology, criminal justice, and English. Dr. Stahnke has 10 years of experience working in areas of hospice, school social work, homelessness, and mental health. Her research areas include suicide, end of life, marriage, and OCD.
When not teaching, she can be found with her family, painting, reading, or doing something creative.
