    More Information

Recently national attention has again focused on educational mobility within nursing. The constantly changing health care environment and globalization necessitate higher educational levels to care for complex patient populations. A baccalaureate education in nursing opens up broader career options and a stepping stone to graduate education. The Newman RN to BSN programs provides seamless transition and program flexibility.

Students graduating from an NLN or CCNE accredited nursing school in Kansas may articulate into Newman University's RN to BSN program having met their general education requirements with the exception of 6 hours of philosophy and 6 hours of theology.

Associate degree nursing graduates and diploma graduates may receive up to 33 hours of credit for nursing courses completed in their basic program.
