"People think coming to Newman will be more expensive because it's a private school. But I'm actually spending less here than I would at a public school because of all the grants and scholarships"

Schedule an Individual Visit

You probably have questions – maybe lots of questions.  The best way to know if you fit with Newman is to visit our campus; walk our sidewalks, try our coffee, and feel what we’re about! It’s easy to visit, and we’re easy to get to!

Saturday, September 27th and Saturday, November 1st

Each fall, we host two large Preview Day events, both on Saturdays. Meet representatives from Admissions, Campus Ministry, Academics, and more! Take a tour of the campus and explore our various programs at the majors fair. Lunch is on us!

Senior Visit Days

Wednesday, October 15th and Monday, November 10th

Senior visit days usually occur on days when you might be out of school, such as P.S.A.T. Administration Days or Veteran’s Day. These are great days to visit Newman as a family without having to take off school or work!

Register for Oct. 15

CAP Evenings

Thursday, October 2nd

The Career Advantage Pricing (CAP) program rates are reduced rate tuition options for adults who are returning to college to finish their degree. The CAP tuition rate is also provided for laid-off workers. Those wanting to major in Counseling, Healthcare Science, Interdisciplinary Studies, Paralegal, or go from RN to BSN are eligible for this reduced rate tuition program. Let our Adult Program Director, Jacolia Cole, guide you through the admissions process so you can get back to school sooner rather than later!

Transfer Evenings

Tuesday, October 14th, Thursday, October 30th, and Thursday, November 13th

Whether you are transferring from your current school or coming back to classes after some time away, our transfer counselors can guide you through the admissions process with ease. Learn about financial aid opportunities and transfer admissions requirements while having a bite to eat and networking with students in similar situations.

One-on-one Meetings with an Admissions Counselor or Faculty Member

Do you have specific questions about the admissions process, financial aid, or your academic program? One-on-one meetings are always available and can be a great way to connect, especially as you look to make a final decision about where to attend college!
